Haumind — Free Fitness Template for Framer

Haumind is a free 5-page fitness template for Framer with Home, Contact, Services, About, and Journal. No CMS collections ship in the marketplace file, so offers and posts stay static frames. Skip it if you need pricing tables and separate blog detail pages out of the box. Forge Fitness includes Pricing and Blog Details for that job. Explore free Framer templates on the hub, or browse the fitness shortlist.

Who should remix Haumind?

Haumind fits coaches, boutique trainers, and wellness studios that lead with mindset and habit language more than with aggressive gym bro marketing. The five page map keeps the story tight: explain Services, humanize on About, then use Journal for tips and client education. Solo practitioners launching a rebrand after certifying in a new modality will move faster here than on a twelve page agency kit.

Walk away if you run a membership gym with class schedules, trainer rosters, and location finders. Those operational pages are not included. Walk away if SEO depends on dozens of long form articles with unique URLs. Journal is an index, not a CMS blog engine. For journal detail pages and a 404, compare Jedi Fitness. For pricing led conversion, start with Forge Fitness.

What Haumind looks like

The demo reads airy and calm: light backgrounds, rounded cards, and photography that favors movement and breath over barbells and neon signage. Type scales cleanly on phones, which matters when prospects discover you from Instagram bio links. Transitions stay soft, matching a brand that sells recovery and consistency rather than shock motivation.

That calm fights loud supplement brands and hardcore powerlifting aesthetics. You can swap imagery, but the default components expect gentle coaching energy, not arena sports.

Pages included in Haumind

Five pages, named as Framer lists them:

• Home: promise, social proof, and paths into Services and Journal
• Contact: form led intake for consults and program questions
• Services: how you package sessions, programs, or retreats
• About: coach story, credentials, and philosophy
• Journal: article index for tips, recipes, or client wins

Services plus Journal is the marketing loop. There is no dedicated Pricing page, so plans often live on Services or Home until you add one.

What is distinctive about Haumind

• Mindful fitness positioning. Layout and copy rhythm suit coaching brands, not generic gym templates.
• Five page discipline. Forces clarity: you cannot hide weak offers behind endless routes.
• Journal route without CMS detail. Good for a handful of posts; plan to add collections if publishing weekly.
• Services focused sitemap. No pricing table page, which keeps the remix simple but pushes pricing into custom sections.
• Small enough for Framer Basic. Static pages only, so hosting stays predictable while you validate the offer.

Built in analytics and SEO tooling come with Framer. They are not unique to Haumind.

When to remix Haumind, and when to skip

Remix Haumind when you sell coaching or mindful movement and you want a credible site this week without inventing page types. The file rewards clear services copy and a human About page more than complex funnels.

Skip it when pricing and blog detail URLs are mandatory on launch day. That is Forge Fitness. Skip it when you need Works style proof grids for transformation photos with many entries. Look at Jedi Fitness on the fitness shortlist, then head back to free Framer templates if you are still comparing niches.
